At Hotel Kant Palace, we strive to offer the best hospitality and a seamless booking experience. However, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all reservations. Please review our policy below:

Booking Cancellations

  1. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  2. This policy applies to all scenarios, including but not limited to:
    • Change of plans or inability to travel.
    • Denial of check-in due to violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., failure to present valid ID proof, guest restrictions, etc.).

No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to check in on the reserved date will not be eligible for any refunds or adjustments.

Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or emergencies, refunds will not be provided. However, a credit toward a future stay may be considered at the discretion of the management.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all transactions are final.
