By making a reservation at Hotel Kant Palace, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Check-In Policies
- ID Proof: Guests must present valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar, Driving License, or Passport). Local IDs will not be accepted.
- Check-In Time: Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early or late check-ins are subject to availability.
Guest Restrictions
- Pet Policy: Pets are strictly not allowed on the premises.
- Room Occupancy:
- A room booking for 1 Muslim male guest and 1 Hindu female guest (or vice versa) is not permitted.
- Bookings for 1 male and 2 females are not allowed.
- Bookings for 2 females and 1 male are permitted only with prior approval from the General Manager.
Behavior and Conduct
- Guests must respect other guests and staff. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Payment and Cancellation
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Cancellation policies apply (refer to the Refund Policy).
Failure to comply with these terms may result in denied check-in or immediate eviction from the property.
